I just got a Hauppauge PVR-150MCE, and it's set up the analogue tuner in MCE perfectly. I need access to the phono inputs on the card and would really like to do this through Media Centre. Is there a hidden option to activate it?

You mean the composite video (yellow) or just the audio side (red/white) ?

When setting up the TV signal in MCE you must specify what type in order to get the options for the above so you must select something like the Cable type and it will then present the inputs of the TV card composite/s-video and allow you to scan those for videos feeds.

For accessing them outside of MCE use any regular video capture program, Hauppauge have their own WinTV software for the task I believe.

You can't use both the over the air analogue tuner and composite video inputs at the same time in MCE though there was a plugin a while back that allowed you to switch between the AV inputs on a tuner within MCE but I cannot recall the link but it was definitely on The Green Button forum.

I want access to the all three. I can use them in capture programs (Premiere for example will see them), but i'm using them for viewing not capturing.

I definitely want it all self contained within MCE, i'll check out that forum and see what they can come up with.

I don't want to install the WinTV software, it caused no end of conflicts on my father's XP MCE computer.

Here's that thread you were looking for, that uses Dscaler to choose between tuners and inputs:
