    Great card in store.

In the 3m hurdle its hard to see why BJK is favourite. Mighty man has good course form but I fell Inglis Drever was always holding him at Cheltenham and was idling when he hit the front. Its between the two of them for me as win or lose BJK is shocking value. I'll side with the drever for a bit of value.

Betfair bowl is a trappy enuf race but 2/1 exotic dancer is too big for me to ignore. Negative is that he has had a hard season (this is his 7th race if my count is correct) but he holds state of play and turpin green on gold cup form. Our Vic is a dodgepot who I can never get right so would be pushed to back him with counterfit.

I'm off to bed do someone else can talk about the other races!!!

Throw your eyes up to the sky because I'm going to say it, I can't see Exotic Dancer being beat tomorrow. My only worry is that it is a small field. If he looks like he will be beat I think I'll close my eyes and ignore the commentators. :)

Also, will Jacks Craic find his form again? I backed him last year in Aintree when he came from last to first inside the final 2 furlongs to win impressively but has been a big disappointment so far this season.

9/4 exotic didn't last long this morning. I have backed it at 2/1. inglis drever is nearly 4/1 on betfair which is a crazy price. Win or lose the prices are wrong at the moment IMO

Opposing Exotic with my Nap - Turpin Green

Beat Exotic by 28 lengths - albeit in a 3 horse race.

    Has won twice at Aintree.

4 pound better for 2 1/2 lengths in Gold Cup ... and made a couple of mistakes in GC ... Today to be his day imo.

discard this, ed had difficulties. however i agree with you, i think with the weight allowance, turpin green is going to win today. i think the horse is definetly worth a bet today:)

has to be state of play for me. exotic dancer has never won on good ground and has never won at aintree either. ground is the most important thing for a horse in racing and state of play has proven form over this ground. he was 6th last time out in the gold cup where he met trouble from 4 out. in this small field i think he should come up with the goods. his jumpin wasnt fluent on that day either. he is also carrying 4lb less than exotic dancer where they were the same weight in the gold cup so state of play for me

I can't see past Drever today, he is the champion after all.

BJK bubble well and truly burst now. Looks a possible non stayer but may also be a bit soft

    Looks a possible non stayer

understatement, if anyone still thinks this horse is a stayer there dreaming. the way ap rode the horse it looked like he was making a point, the horse was perfectly positioned to go but had nothing in the tank.

the jockey rode inglis drever poorly it must be said, it was always on catch up duty....

Great performance by Exotic Dancer. Great move by Jonjo to withdraw from the National and go for this race instead. Tbh I thought he should have been odds on, he had the beating of all of these on paper prior to the race.

Tom Kelly, when Turpin Green beat Exotic Dancer it was it's first run after breaking it's pelvis. Also, look how much higher Turpin Green went up in the ratings since the run in the Gold Cup when it finished behind Exotic Dancer. Don't know how you could have went to Turpin Green today tbh.

In praise of the M50 .... I never thought I would have anything good to say about it - but I got stuck on it yesterday and did not get my bet on.

I have followed Turpin ... and have made excuses for him on a few occasions ... but fair play, Exotic is a Star ... he would be a dream horse to own.
