I could google it but... im lazy at the moment..

I thought someone might have a link with a list already?

Windows Defender is built into Vista

For Anti-Virus Avast is compatible with Vista & works fine.

Latest rev of Firefox works fine too.

Most stuff that works on Windows XP works on Vista too. iTunes even works fine for me despite Apple saying it won't.

The problem isn't that iTunes "doesn't work", but that if you incorrectly try to remove the iPod from the system, then you run the risk of corrupting the iPod itself.
