Headset Trouble

    hey i just found a old usb headset and i decided to hook it up to my ps3 and it worked...but the sound is coming out of the tv not the headset...also people can hear me but i cant hear them any one kno what i have to do...thanks in advance

    Not sure, but I think you have to change the output setting to your headset as opposed to whatever the default is. I think that's what I did with my headset anyway. I know with SPlinter Cell you can choose whether to have the sound come from your tv or directly into your headset.

    as said above you can change the output to the headset on the PS3 , it's in the audio setting's somewhere.

    Hmmm, I dunno then, what kind of headset is it? Mine's a Motorola H500 and that works fine. Sometimes it cuts out and I just have to push the call button on it again to get the mic working.

    have the motorola H500 also and have the input and output set to the H500 .

    i think you can only chat to people on your friends list ... unless you're playing RFOM, in which case you press L3 down to talk

    is it for online gameplay? i seen an option in resistance somewhere for that, try the in game menu!:)
