    If you can't answer the questions on the pre test, you shouldn't even be thinking about applying for tech support imo

    You could just google the answers. In fact that's what the nice man in CPL told me to do if I wasn't sure of the answer to any of them.

    That's more-or-less what I did when they emailed the test to me (god that was years ago...!)
