Macbook Pro Upgrade

I have one of the first Macbook Book Pros (Model 1,1 Intel Core Duo 2GHz). I love it to bits, by far best notebook Ive ever had!

However Im beginning to need more hard drive space and I want to know if its possible to upgrade the internal hard drive and where I might buy one, and or get it upgraded. Im thinking of upgrading it from 80GB to 160GB (Is this model capable of having a 160GB drive, I dont mind if its 5400rpm or 7200rpm)

Also may want to upgrade the RAM from 1GB to 2GB while Im at it, is it better to get this from Apple or say Komplett.ie?

    For example:

    http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=317342 X2

    http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=323903

    Would these do the job?

I'd recommend Crucial.com for RAM, I get all my RAM from them. They're mac memory prices dropped a lot recently. I just ordered another 1GB for my imac yesterday.
