Concrete condensation?

Hi there, I shuttered some concrete inside a house around 3 weeks ago, there were no problems with damp or moisture. The concrete is well gone off except constantly has tiny drops of moisture on it. What the hell is happening?

Is the house poorly insulated, is the concrete cold?
    Could be just condensation

Hi Mellor, Theres a mirror of it around 30 inches away and that is bone dry all of the time. One thing about it it seems quite gravelly in colour compared to the other one. Not sure. Maybe i'll just pva seal it.

When concrete sets it is a chemical reaction, all of the water used in the mix is still inside and needs to evaporate away slowly. this needs ventilation and can take 3 months. Do not pva seal it yet or you risk cracking as moisture tries to get out. Concrete dosn't actualy reach full strength for about two years.
