For the French Riviera, try this forum: http://riviera.angloinfo.com/forum/forum.asp?FID=11 which sometimes has good jobs, but more often than not doesn't. They do have a section for Jobs Wanted however.

This isn't really the correct forum for your request either, so Buffybot may move this to a more appropriate place.
