iTunes track listing

    I downloaded an album recently and put it into itunes but when i did it messed up the track listing e.g track 1 was now being played 6th instead of first. Is there anyway I can set the the track listing the way I want? It sort of bugs me not hearing an album in the order it should be if you get me.
    Any help much appreciated.

    In your iTunes window there are various tabs for organising your music, ie Name, Artist Album etc.
    Make sure you have the album tab selected or else iTunes will organise the new album by the track names which can lead to the problem you described.

    Also, make sure you have shuffle turned off! :)

    Also if you right click on a track and click Get Info, you can set the track number for that album, should look like 8 of 12 for track 8 for example.
