Hi, I'm having trouble calling this German based number 01805771177.
I have tried the German international code and no luck, can anyone help? I'm trying to find a missing order and they are super slow by email, thanks.

Thanks for the reply Jaden, I had tried that, didn't work, but I was using a voip provider. Tried from a landline and it did work...voip, sometimes great, sometimes shyte!

I suppose it depends on which VoIP provider you're using as to what they will use to get international calls.

The convention in Europe is to dial 00 to get an international number so VoIP providers here tend to follow that convention. Technically they can use any pattern they want because their dial-plans can be configured any way they like but they tend to make it the same as the local phone companies so that people don't get confused.

In the US the international access code is 011. Again VoIP providers in the US will tend to follow this convention in their dial-plans.

Of course you would also need to be using a VoIP provider that has dial-out capability to the PSTN, and you'd need to have enough balance in your account to cover the cost of the call ;)

That look's like some kind of non-geographical number, might not be accessable outside germany, or you might need to use a landline. German toll numbers are in a simular range.
