pretty sick hand from the IO cash games. 2nd last hand of night in a crazy 5/5 double live straddled game. i'm on the button and the 2nd straddle of 20 has been called by all players so far...... Q9 clubs for me.... let's gamble me thinks...... just call no need to try anything fancy as one of the blinds is likely to try…

Q9 clubs for me.... let's gamble me thinks...... just call no need to try anything fancy as one of the blinds is likely to try the resteal if i had any ideas of stealing this pot (seriously crazy table i emphasize) small blind calls big blind pumps to 135, all but one call as it comes back to me on the button, i call........ 830 in the pot, i've got 550 behind after the call......... lol i can imagine how all the good solid players are rolling their eyes at this point..... Q9 clubs... a fifth of my stack?...yes please .... anyways flop is 10 high with two clubs checked to the cutoff who pushes and has me covered (this guy is a nut who has tried to steal 4 out of every 5 of the stradledpots when limped into him preflop)...... i call giving myself any club any Q and quite possibly 9 as an out, everyone else folds. guy flips up 87 of clubs, drawing to a 7 an 8 or back door non club straight. looking pretty good for me.... but no an 8 on the turn and a big fat brick of a deuce of diamonds on the river... sweet....
