sky extra channels self deleting

    hi

    over the last few days, my extra channels e.g utv etc, keep disappearing on a daily basis, it never happened before even if the sky box has been turned off, anyone know the cause of this?

    I have a pace box which self deletes if over three channels are present in the 'other channels' list. The numbers of channels a box can store varies, did you add any new channels recently?

    I did add 2 more, but think i read i can store ten on mine... maybe i'll try going back to the ones i just had so..

    We have 2 digital boxes.

    This problem always happened on the box in the sitting room but never in the bedroom. The only difference between the 2 was the bedroom box was rarely plugged out but the sitting room was plugged out everynight (however, the problem didn't occur every night).

    I think it may be a fault in some boxes. Contact Sky - they may send you a replacement.
