So, I did. but ever since it seems to run a test on scanning statistics everyday and its driving me insane because it slows down the whole computer to the point where everything…

I cant figure out a way to stop it doing this, it used to only scan statistics every few weeks, anyone out there more knowledgable on the subject?

Right click the AVG logo in the system tray and open the control centre. Click on the Scheduler module and click on Scheduled Tasks. Edit away to your heart's content.
