Is there any decent home finance and accounting software package out there that could make keeping track of income and working out taxes and expenses easier?

I'm not familiar with MS Excel, but am trying to learn.

But maybe there's something easier out there that I could use?

There are a bunch of accounting packages, but they're usually meant for the US I think. Someone else have any ideas?

I think they tend to be flexible enough to be modified to different systems, but I haven't actually found a decent one by Googling so far.

Generally speaking, I find it better to use MacUpdate to search for apps. Google isn't so good for that.
