cd burning

    using nero and memorex cd-r, cds but keep gatting cd not writable messages, trying to burn an Audio cd.

    any ideas?

    Memorex CD's are very poor quality discs. Firmware update may help to write them.

    What make writer is it if you are not sure download VSO Inspector and look at the device label & model.

    What version of Nero are you using? I went back to Nero 6 after having issues with the later releases.
