Any xvid player s/w that you install on a usb harddrive exist?

Basically we cant install any s/w at work and im just wondering is there any xvid player s/w that you can get that just installs on your usb harddrive and doesnt need to install anything on the pc itself?

I have seen programs such as flashfxp can be installed like that so does anyone know if any media players like his exist or is it not possible!

I think you can put VLC Media Player on a flash drive and run it from there.

I used to have just a folder with it in it (and all the necessary files) on my hard drive and it ran just fine. Never installed it so you may be able to do it with VLC on a USB drive

portable apps works great ... I'd definitely recommend it for what you're after

can u3 portable programs run on any usb external harddrive? handy to have them my usb drive for my own pc and laptop
