virtual console games?

    i was wondering how much memory (bytes) would a virtual console game would take up i have downloading limits and i just wanted to check first

    Not a whole lot.. definitely not enough to worry about downloading limits.

    As far as i know, VC Games typically range at about a MB or so (for the lower end consoles - Nes / Megadrive) to 12MB - 15MB (for the upper end - N64)

    oh thats grand i was thinking that because i have an r4 and the games dont take up to much space and there modern so thanks for telling me;)

    Honest to god, if you are resigned to playing retro games away from their native hardware thenyou might as do it, for free, on the PC via any number of emulators, more games, more versatile, and all you may need extra is a decent PC control pad and off you go, far superior to the VC stuff, bar perhaps the N64 games.

    It's not the same if you have to sit in an uncomfortble office chair and wait for a PC to boot up. Or if you have an idiot family member addicted to bebo.
