Bars open regardless of law

First of all this is in NZ.

If anyone has been to Auckland they will know K' Road. Some of the bars up there are going against the law and opening all weekend in the face of the law.

They got together and agreed that people should have the right to choose if they want to purchase alcohol or not.

I'm not sure how much of a fine each of the bars will get, but I'm glad that they are taking a stand.

Last night(saturday) we closed at midnight because of easter sunday. A few of us went to bar that was open. Great night had by all.

I found it different to back home. If bars were open it was always a closed door and a knock on the window job. People knew it was going on but a blind eye is often turned.
