You can now rent TV boxsets in Xtra-Vision.

€6 for two nights or a week for €10.

Just some of the boxsets i saw in my local store were:

    Nip Tuck - Seasons 1/2
    Desperate Housewives - Seasons 1/2
    Lost - Seasons 1/2
    Deadwood - Season 1
My Name Is Earl - Season 1
    Scrubs - Seasons 1 - 3

Have posted this in television also!

Am i the only one thinking they are expecting people to copy these cause 2 days is just not enough time to watch most seasons.

Ooh i like this sound of this, I would love to rent them and watch them all in 2 nights ;)

Its a really good idea to rent them out to let people watch these seasons for a reasonable price, boxsets are generally way overpriced to buy imo

This is only the beginning of this new service though, so obviously they'll only be offering the most popular TV series first and will probably look to expand in the near future. The prices are right so I see no reason why it shouldn't take off!

A couple of years ago, just before Season 6 part one began, a friend of mine lent me seasons 1-5.
I watched them all in a week.
    I had serious fckuing nightmares!!!

Don't get me wrong, I'm fan of the show. I think it was just too much of a good thing at once!;)
