I registered here http://www.ps3registration.com/user/ps3_registration/welcome.jhtml?locale=en_IE http://ie.playstation.com/ps3/registration/ and on my ps3 aswell..........but i used different email addresses...... which one was the one that the email would have been sent to???? or did i have to use the same email twice??…

If registered through the ps3 itself, when your setting up your gamertag etc then it should have being registered ok. That .ie one is no use for getting casino royale.
