Do the bars/Clubs open tonight at 12?

If you're in Dublin you could get the next train to Belfast, where the bars open at 5.00pm!!
I'm gonna fart about in the house and get there for 4.59pm. Gorgeous day as well for the old beer garden.
The only down side being that the bars close at midnight again in Belfast which is when I understand the ones south of the border open again.
A good plan for drinking would be:
15:20 train from Connolly, arriving Belfast at 17:35.
Drink
Get the last train from Belfast (around 21:00 or something) back to Dublin. The buffet car serves alcohol, albeit at exhorbitant prices.
Arrive in Dublin just after 11pm.
Get a dirty kebab somewhere.
Go to a club in Dublin.
