Played a couple at citywest this year and planning on hitting them hard this weekend as they can be very soft at times with poker players wives, supporters, buddies, lurkers etc rather than your average stt.

Anybody going on the sit and go circuit this year?

I'm pleased there are cash games, I don't think there is only reason they couldn't have cash in Citywest.

They just know they can juice the stt's more, and run a fast structure, and people will play them cause they have no other options (other than not playing, which rarely occurs!).

    <--- 2cents.

There were STTs run last year, so i'd expect there may be again this year. I was pretty drunk, but definitely remember playing in a couple.

Exactly the reason to play them, they're softer than usual and if you play many theres a possible healthy profit...

There was many on last year in Citywest, EPT and Irish Open...Hopefully the trend continues...

If last year and the EPT games are anything to go by, the cash games will be raked at a much higher rate than ones in the clubs around town.
