    Hi,

What would be the best course of action for someone if the following situation were to arise?
If an item is stolen from a locked office in a managed building who does liability lie with?
There is no sign of forced entry.
In this case there is no doubt that a member of staff of the building management company stole the item but there is only circumstantial evidence to support this however the company have privately accepted this to be the case.

    Thanks for your time
