    Nothing to do with your original question, but why are you running both Norton Internet Security & AVG ?

    Not a good idea to have both running together.

    yeah its not a good idea to run them both. they probably slowing down your pc a lot. I recommend keeping AVG myself as norton can be a bit of a resource hog. You should also consider getting AVG anti-spyware instead of Ad-Aware SE Personal, its far better.
