free ftp app for mac

    ok, poss shud be in the freebie forum but it's a mac only app ...
    there's been several FTP app queries on here before

    courtesy of macworld mag - granted it's an older version of the app

    get it from:

    ftp://ftp.crushftp.com/macworld/Unlocked_CrushFTP3.dmg

    CyberDuck is possibly my favorite (and most reliable) FTP app I'v found so far ... and free into the bargain.

    Good ol GNU :P

    FTP thingy isnt bad either .. not quite as polished though

    And if you're running Firefox, you can get FireFTP -- an add-on that provides basic FTP functions. Easy to use and integrates very well.

    The Finder also has a basic FTP client built in. Go to the Go menu (in the Finder) and select the last option in the menu, Connect to Server...

    When prompted, enter ftp://serveraddress

    Filezilla is now available on the Mac. It's easily the most popular FTP client.
