Winning Eleven is the Japanese and American version of the game, as far as I know.

Winning Eleven and Pro Evolution Soccer are the same game, it's just they release two Winning Eleven's for every one Pro Evolution Soccer. It'll be Pro Evo 6 with a few minor tweaks and the updated teams since the transfer window.
