    how much were the buyins?

    in the first hand,i'd fold in a $200 buyin,instacall in a $10

i think the second hand is a call regardless

First hand I would fold, but I probably would of reraised preflop, I know some people dont like to reraise here with only jj but I think it makes defining other peoples hands a lot easier.

Second hand it is insta call for me. UL to come up against a set or a straight but a lot of the time people will have lower two pair imo.

Hand 1 I prefer a reraise pf. If original raiser repops it its an easy fold. As played I fold. your up against a set here an awful lot.

    Hand 2 I cant fold.

In hand 2, if I call Villains bet I've 1,400 left behind with approx 2.5 in the pot, Villain has about 3K behind.

With that in mind do those advocating a call, mean to call to and evaluate on the river or push at this point?

Playing live you generally have a better indicator of what a player is up to.
In Hand 1 If I think the other person is on a flush or straight draw I am calling no matter what the buy in. If the player seems v solid then I am probably folding.

In Hand 2 I am going Allin. If he has the straight or trips I think he is putting a raise in on the flop. He is more likekly reraising you with A7 or A8.

Hand 1 I prefer a reraise pf. If original raiser repops it its an easy fold.

Generally, I prefer a reraise pf with JJ too, but rarely in these circumstances.

The blinds are a tiny % of my stack, I've had a raise and caller in front of me with two players to act. I can see a flop cheaply and then either trap someone into commiting a lot of their stack, or get away if I need to.

If I reraise here, then I have to make it around 400-500. That's coming towards 17% of my stack, to win 210 if it's folded or
to have to throw it away if it's repopped, or
have to fold on a wide range of flops that aren't kind to JJ.

so in this instance I think the call preflop and evaluate again on the flop is the better option generally speaking.
