Zen Vision M Issues

    ANy time I try to use the radio function on my zen it decides to freeze. I get nada from it. The headphones are plugged in but i seem to get no signal.

    Now I did try and do a firmware upgrade but every time i do it tells me that my zen isn't connected to my laptop - even though the rest of my creative software recognises it.

    Any ideas what to do to fix any of this???

    try this thread on creatives forums;http://forums.creative.com/creativelabs/board/message?board.id=pmc&message.id=7923,theres a couple of hotfixes in there you can download,it took me a while but try some of the suggestions in there,they worked for me. i made the mistake of deleting my firmware when i was trying to reload the u.s. firmware to mine,went to load the new u.s. firmware and it said player not connected despite me having transfered mp3/video. a few downloads and restarts later after reading that forum thread and i was back in business.
