Sky+ recording onto dvd

    Hi folks. Can u help me out here. I had to record a program last night on my sky+ box for a friend. I would like to put it onto dvd but I dotn have a dvd recorder, only a laptop with dvd rw. Is this possible? Thanks in advance people.

    Hi there,

    There is no way to digitally copy data from the Sky+.

    If you don't have a DVD recorder, then the only other option would be to have a video capture card for your laptop. It's unlikely you have this, unless you have a high-spec laptop or you bought it as an add-on.

    So, I'm guessing it may have to be old-fashioned tape?
