Problems getting settings from nokia website?

    Hi,

    I am on bill pay meteor. I have a Nokia 6233 phone. I previously had wap and mms working but wanted to turn on the isp profile.

    Meteor support are a bit vague on this isp thing but eventually I got them to confirm my account was provisioned for it. However I couldn't get either their website or Nokia's one to send me the settings - I'd go through the standard process and nothing would be sent to my phone. I ended up deleting all previous settings but that didn't help. Eventually a rep on meteor support told me that nokia have been having problems sending out these settings texts. Is that true? Anyone else have issues gettings settings from Nokia over the last week or so?

    The same guy tried to talk me through setting up the profiles manually but he didn't have the exact same phone and after 30 minutes(!) we both gave up. So now I have no wap, mms or isp access and Meteor are saying i can't get the settings cos Nokia is having problems. Can anyone suggest my next move? Is there something I can say to meteor that will get them to help me more?

    Any advice would be appreciate.
