The Fitz Satt to the (WHUPC) World Heads Up Poker Championships

    The Fitz Will change there PP IO sat to a satt for the World heads up championships which will be held between between May 21st - May 29th Casino de barcelona spain

    Entry to the Satellite is €60+5 with to €60 re-buys or 1 rebut 1 add on!!
    same structure as the irish open satt!!!

    Held in the fitzwilliam card club from thee 12th April @8PM and every thurday there after untill further notice!!

    Prize fund is a package with a value of approximately €4000 broken down as follows

    entry to the tournament €2500 +100

    1 weeks accomadation + flight app. €1400

    The world heads up poker championships will be held in barcelona from monday 21st - tuesday 29th MAY 2007 and is limited to 128 players

    This is on every Thursday from April 12th for a few weeks (except end of month game day) at 8.

    Mick, saying that it is the same structure as the IO sat isn't enough detail for a tournie detail thread, so please add more charter stuff.

    1. Who is running the event Fitzwilliam Card Club
    2. The purpose of the event commercial
    3. Date and Location of event April 12th untill further notice in the fitzwilliam card club
    4. Registration and Start time of event. Reg 7.30 start time 8
    5. Any prerequisites member of club
    6. How can tickets be purchased & is there a maximum number n/a
    7. Type of Tournament (Hold'em/Rebuy.)
    8. Cost of entry and any subsequent rebuys/top-ups etc. €65 entry 2 rebuys @ €60
    9. Cost of registration €5
    10. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into Prize fund 100%
    11. Any guarenteed prize pool. will know @ a later date
    12. If applicable, Number of re-buys allowed and over what time frame/blind levels. 2 rebuys or 1 + 1 top-up
    13. Starting Chips 3000 + Bonus 500
    14. Rebuy and Top-up chip amounts. 3500 + 4000 top up
    15. Blind levels all levels included
    25 -50
    50 - 100
    75 - 150
    100 - 200
    150 - 300
    200 - 400
    300 - 600
    400 - 800
    500 - 1000
    800 - 1500
    1000 - 2000
    etc
    16. Blind timeframes 1st 3 levels 30 mins den 20 mins untill 800 - 1500 30 minutes untill finish
    17. Places being paid and if any prizes are other than cash Tickets to the world heads up championships excess cash paid out in cash prizes!
    18. Are there going to be dealers - porofessional dealers @ each table
    19. Will there be a documented list of rules yes
    20. Is there a tournament director! yes
    21. How are disputes handled - who has final say. Luke Ivory TD has final say!

    i took this down last night!! have to say was really happy with how i played having felt as good as that in a long time!!!!

    with 23 runners the prize pool only took in 3k!! but luke gave us a package to play for although he did say next week he will only gaurentee a package with 35+ runners!!!
