Designing Program like Poker Ace Hud or Gametime

I just play SnG's and unfortunately Poker Ace Hud and Gametime are not very useful. Because there is unlikely to be any significant changes in them in the near future i was thinking of either designing one or getting one designed for me with the following features

    Structures refer to Full Tilt

Will Show hand ranges in the early stages of the tounrey upto the 40/80 level, eg Raising Range is AT+,66+,56s+

Will show positional ranges aswell so early position raising might be AQ+,99+

Will have stats on how aggressive villain is from the Button and CO

    Betting Patterns Pre flop
    eg JJ raised 6x 75% AJ+ Raised 3x 90% 22-66 limped 90% 77-AA raised 3x 75%

I would probably have the same stats based on position aswell for example someone is more likely to raise 22-66 in late position than if he was in early position so this would be important i would also have to do some calculations based on limpers as someone might raise 3x with KK from middle position with no limpers but might raise 5x if there was 2 limpers so i might have the stats looking something like this:

    AJ | Limp | 3x+0 | 4x+1|
    AA | 4x/+0 | 4x/+0 | 4x/+0 |

The 3 sections after AJ and AA are for early, middle and late Position
That means they limp with AJ in early position, but raise 3x from middle position and raise 4x + 1 bb per limper in late. And he raises 4x with AA regardless of the amount of limpers.

After each column there would be a % color bar or something indicating the strength of the info, so for example if we have 10 stats on someone limping with JJ this would be more valuable than if we only seen him limping twice.

If possible instead of that setup if someone raised then the program would assess the information and provide you with a range if there were available stats. For example some raised 4x in middle position with 1 limper, it runs a check on the stats and sees that he has raised AK 4x with 1 limper 6 times, hes also raised the same with AQ 4 Times and with 77,88,99 2 times each so the screen would show his range as AQ+,77-99 and because we have 16 previous hands this information is solid and he hasnt been shown raising marginal hands from this range so this is strong information and the % color bar would be high as there is a high probability giving previous stats that this is his range. This would be invaluable especially if someone has a pattern like raising JJ very heavy then we could see a flop and take down the hand if there were any overcards regardless of what 2 cards i have (Assuming he can lay them down if theres an overcard)

Anyway this thread is getting long so i wont go into too much details on the other stuff i would like to include like betting patterns post flop, individual stats for different levels eg 50/11, 60/120, 80/160 etc et

Also show stats for how aggressively people play on the button and CO and how loose or tight the blinds are and when a person becomes shortstacked whats their PFR% and ALL IN %, whats their all in range and also what is the SB,BB And Buttons Calling range when they call an all in from a shortstack

So because of all the info invlolved it couldnt all be done in heads up display so maybe just the VPIP/PFR/PFA stats would be overlayed and the other stats including hand ranges and shortstacked pushing and calling ranges in a compact window.

So my question is what would be involved in designing this, ive done programming for the backend of a website so im a bit familiar with the writing scripts etc but is this really complicated as i wouldnt know where to start but if there was How to section on some website i could read maybe i could give it a go???

I know the computer section is possibly a better place for this but it requires someone with a knowledge of poker to understand this aswell and i know theres a good few programmers that post in the poker section.

Alternatively id consider paying someone to do this job, anyone have a ball park figure i can expect to pay $1k, $2k, $5k???

I think a program like this would be as valuable to a SnG player as poker tracker and Gametime or Ace Hud is to a cash player. Obvioulsy i would use poker tracker aswell but this program would be an add on to poker tracker like Gametime

Game Time+ is open source so perhaps you could use it as a starting point.
