oh something that is actually in the middle of ireland(more or less anyway) i just sent them an email.

Middle of Ireland? You mean there are actual people there? I thought it was just a barren landscape. There are rumours of some people in places called Cork, Limerick and Galway, but that's about it as far as I knew.

    :p

Chec out this new paintball place. You should get in touch and see if they would think of doing airsoft aswell.

    Some nice pictures there.

Its a shame more paintball places won't let us use their venues. They must be concerned with the lack of instantly biodegradable bbs.

well paintballs take a few weeks to degrade dont they? how long do bb's take? thought it was a couple of months?

Nice venue alright. I get a bit of WWII vibe from it, not sure why. Think it reminds me of the Ardennes a bit, minus the snow of course :p

i thought it was 20years for bbs

    I think that's about right.

Even if it were a few months, I wouldn't say the paintballers would be too happy with having to look at/glide over thousands upon thousands of white balls waiting for them to degrade

Its a shame really. I'd love to have a game up in Roundwood

Bio BB's degrade in about 2-4 weeks I believe...depending on sunlight exposure.

    But they are more expensive.

Same here actualy, If ya look close ya can see Shifty Powers about to pick someone of with his Garand ;)

looks like a deadly place to have a skirmish though, Any reply from em Realeyes?

Yeah i got a reply from them saying their are open to any suggestion and to give them a ring just aint had time too, very busy atm with work and life :p
As we are new to the paintball and our main buisness is karting we are open to any suggestions people might have. I know very little about air but would love to have a try if you could give us some advice. If you could give me a call on ********** and talk about it.

If you're talking to him again then invite him down to HRTA some weekend when we're expecting a few people. Also might be good to direct him to boards :)

Not sure who exactly would want to invade Galway....... >.>

    But anyway ;)

Hopefully this venue bears fruit, the bloke seems open minded about the idea. Once he sees (and joins in on :)) a skirmish, he'll probably make the site solely for airsoft :D

Tom is the guys name who runs the place, he seems like a decent fella. I am calling up to him in the next few weeks to check out his place and give him advice.

I would not have a problem with seeing bb's around the place, once they are not a health hazzard i.e. a cartoon moment and sombody slipping onthem. He seems fairly open to new ideas and once he gets the paintball sorted, you never know.
