    I'm doing a small site for a monthly publisher (specialist interest mag). I need to find some system whereby they can update the site themselves ^ they're not too tech savvy...

    Any suggestions ?

    CMS - Have a look at Joomla. Easy to set up and install. There is an extension for Dreamweaver which I believe allows you to create your own templates. PHP and MySQL are needed for Joomla.
