I use it and find it ok but main problem is, most people are not signed up and dont want the hassle. They prefer stick with Paypal. Any particular questions about it? More than happy to try answer them

i cant seem to find anywhere to spend the balance i have in my moneybookers account.it advertises that there is 3500 shops online but i cant find any.can someone please help??
