    Hi,
I have 7 years experience of workng in an engineering role, I qualified from university with a degree in electrical & electronic engineering. I am 18 months into a managing the engineering team I was a member of & I enjoy the move.
I am now looking to take it to the next step. In my opinion part of moving things along would be undertaking some further education. I am currently looking around a various courses, Diplomas, Degrees, MBAs, etc.
Can anyone recommend a course that would be most suitable for my needs?
I am looking for something that will make me more employable in a management role in the future, a qualification that will give me both skills & kudos to get me the next job.
I am not necessarily looking to change jobs straight away or anything & I also know there is no substitute for experience.
Ideally the course would have to be available in Cork & would have to fit in with my 9-5 job, i.e. night/weekend classes etc.
I would appreciate any advice or direction that anyone is willing to offer.

Well an MBA would be the obvious choice. Thats what its meant for, if the company you works at pays for it great cause they can be expensive.

    They do part time MBA's
