Paddypowerpoker question

Hi,

Newbie here! My question is, how does one get an UserID after joing paddypowerpoker? For example, will it be until I input my credit card details (which I haven't yet) and start playing with real money, that I receive my UserID? Thanks in advance.

You can sign up and get all your details including screen name sorted without depositing a penny. This will allow you to play in (some) freerolls and at play money tables. You will obviously not be able to play in real money games with no money in your account.

Hi K2. No you dont have to set up a real money account to have a poker username. If you are a Paddy Power Sportsbook customer you can simply use that usernamene and password to log into poker after downloading.
If you are not simply download the software and then "Register" a new fun money account. This will enable you to play poker for fun. If you then want to play for real money your will need to go to the "My Account" section of the poker software and "Set up a real money Account"

Watch our for the playing in freerolls bit if you win any money without a real money account there aint no where for it to go!

Thanks for all the feedback guys! I guess my real question is: Is a Paddypowerpoker UserID something given to one once registering with them (including making ones own username and password) or is the UserID the username?
