Outstanding Fees

This semester has not been a good one and I still haven't managed to pay the remaining balance of this years tuition. The situation is if the money is not paid very soon, I won't be registered for the exams this semester. Which is not entirely a bad thing because I wanted to abandon this semester anyways and repeat it next year. My question is, if I don't pay this semester's fees and don't do the exams will they still require the payment for the semester?

I'd imagine you'd have to ask them that.

You haven't told us the institution involved, but even still as policies will differ your best bet is to contact them directly and find out.
