Hi everyone.

I was wondering if anyone knows what the average starting salary is for a graduate with a large company, in this case in the food industry? I started a new job recently, which I'm enjoying. But I've been offered some interviews with larger companies. It's obviously awkward getting days off etc in a new job, so I mightn't bother doing the interviews at all. Money isn't everything, I realise, but it might be something to think about al the same, if it was good.

So how much do (food) grad jobs pay? And how quickly can the salary increase?
