Does anybody know how you would rip just the audio from a video?

d/l and install the application. Open it.
In the "select output container" drop down, choose mp3, then in the Bitrate field choose the quality (128K is probably fine as most audio in video files is already compressed a lot).
Choose an output destination (I always use desktop so I don't loose stuff, then move it later)
Then drag and drop the video you want to rip audio from into the bottom of the window and click encode. Should take about less than a minute for the average 5 min track (depending on your PC)
