Been looking around for a mono laser printer with a ethernet/network interface, and the only one below EUR150 is th Lexmark E120N. Has anyone used this? I have read the online reviews, but yet cannot decide.

I am willing to pay EUR200 or so, and so far the usual ones (HP, etc) only come with a USB interface. Not interested in a USB/ethernet adaptor.

I ordered the Lexmark E120N for a friend, it's a great little printer for the money (pc world stocks it for about €120 i think) very crisp text quality & very quick too.

Crappy starter toner cartridge is the only downside I could see, just 500 pages. But for €120 you can't go wrong.

i believe there is a network version of the samsung ML-1610, or something similar. look on samsung's site for their printers. the toner lasts for 2000 pages but its ****ing expensive

How about the Brother 2070N? It is about EUR160. Has anyone used this before? Opinion?

Ive found brother to be pretty decent of late. They are a little dearer to buy, but page for page, MUCH cheaper to run.

Isn't it possible to use a printer connected to a neighbouring computer's usb port over the network? Obviously this isn't what the OP is looking for but I just thought I'd ask...

You can get print server boxes with both parallel and USB ports now too. Still though, HP laserjet with built in JetDirect ftw. Possibly outside your budget

    I wouldn't even look at a lexmark.
