Powerpoint slides saved using Adobe

I'm pretty certain this is the wrong forum but having looked through the option I don't see a better one (feel free to tell me where it would be better suited and I will repost).

I have a load of slides (60+) from Powerpoint that have been saved as a PDF file. I have tried opening them using powerpoint but the only programme it will allow to open them is Adobe.

I want to print out the slides and but at the moment I can only print them out from Adobe as one per page. Does anyone know how I can

    a) convert the file into a format where I can open it using powerpoint

    or

    b) print off the file from Adobe with at least of the slides per page?

Just realised that multiple pages per sheet is an advanced printer option.

Afaik, if there are pdf they cannot be opened in powerpoint.

There should be an option in Adobe to print more than one slide to a page.

Depending on what version of Acrobat you are using, go to file->print setup, click properties, in there there is the option to select the number of "pages per sheet"
