The girlfriend bought a new Zen so me being a good boyfriend went online and bought her a mains charger, a car charger & even a bloody spare battery. Now she decides she can't work it so she gonna change it for an iPod.

Probably easier to tell your girlfriend that you can't work her and that you think you might have to change her for a new model with a Zen.
