Did they actually use the GPS receivers? Hard to tell from the linked table..
You should probably look at some reviews that go beyond the size of the screen, and whether it has free traffic announcements (a feature not available in Ireland). It may indeed be the best device, but I'd look for a few more reviews, particularly sites that aren't B2B sites, that link directly to a link to purchase the product.
