    Such a nice country to work in too.
    Do you offer sponsorship?
    (not interested myself, just helping others looking at the ad)

    What the IT market like in NZ overall? I know a few people who've gone over recently. Not to work though.

    It's pretty good to be honest. They're crazy looking for IT staff in general. Hence why most companies are looking outside NZ. More than half the staff here are non-kiwis. Plus immigration are very good to deal with.

    have a look in www.seek.co.nz and www.trademe.co.nz

    Sounds good.

    Do you think the Market will be like this this time next year. Planing to do some traveling to oz and or new zealand.

    How long would the visa last?
    Would I have to get sponsered and all that carry on like in Oz?

    Well it's stronger now than when I arrived 18months ago. So hopefully will still be good.

    I came originally on my year visa and sorted my residency in the months after I arrived.
    My hubbie came in on a holiday visa and got a work visa once he got a job sorted.
    Most employers are very compassionate about immigrants. The country is made up of the so they're used to it.

    Residency application fees here total to about EUR1500 whereas in OZ I'm sure it's about double that.

    ok, the rules are that you need to put up all the details of the positions.

    i dont want website links, i want you to put up the salaries, the remuneration packages, the experience and education necessary.

    since this is up on an irish website, i also want to know if your company is going to hand out sponserships as well.
    relocation packages are not the same as sponsership.

    and id like you to do it in the next 24 hours, or i will delete this thread.

    thanks.

    oh, and people can PM you if they are interested, not apply to to an email address. your post has been edited.

    Here are the positions that are available :

    * Software Development Manager - Appliances
    * Software Development Team Leader - Appliances
    * Software Development Team Leader - Cards
    * Software Engineer - Cards
    * Software Engineer - GUI
    * Software Engineer - Network Specialist
    * Technical Support Analyst
    * VHDL Designers

    Minimal Degree qualification is required.
    For the Software positions it is mainly C and C++ in a Unix environment.
    Endace are a Telecommunications company so knowledge of network protocols would be useful.
    For the GUI position it's HTML, Java, Javascript, AJAX, shell-scripting, PERL, Python, C/C++

    Here is a description of the company :
    Endace is a recognised world-leader in network monitoring technology. Our products range from network monitoring cards to full-featured network appliances. Typically operating at Gigabit and above speeds, our solutions are deployed in some of the fastest and most complex networks in the world, capturing 100% of data, removing data path restrictions and increasing network security. The burgeoning demand for these products from our customers around the globe means we need to grow our existing team.

    Endace pay relocation expenses and sponsor your work visa also.

    As for salaries I don't know what they're offering. Obviously it's not as much as what you get in Ireland, probably about 75% max, but the cost of living isn't as much.

    People can PM me for more detailed information or to give CVs if they want. I am just an engineer there and there is no advantage to it being submitted through me or through the email address on the website.

    Please tell me this is enough and I don't have to go through each job description on the website and copy and paste them here! :)

    thats lovely, thank you :)

    its just a rule i introduced many years ago that keeps agencies from collecting CV's, and putting up false job adverts.
