Went to Airsoft Warehouse today. Was originally going to get the Beta Spetsnaz but they were out of stock. The only BBs they had were the Bio-Degradables  Seems there was a large skirism and they sold out.

Anyways. I was looking around and noticed the SG 552 Seal. God, it is a lovely gun. Decided that was the one. Once I decided, then discovered they had no batteries or chargers, so I am trying to find both before I leave for Ireland. Pics to follow

i've heard it said that the biodegradable pellets are every bit as good and possibly better than the standard plastic ones - wouldn't mind trying them out myself...

and i think the break down time on them is something like 20 years so it's not like they're going to go off on you...

    Do they open on Saturdays?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,414 ✭✭✭kdouglas

sweet, just looking at some of their stuff online there, their prices are pretty good for a uk retailer, prices on some stuff like mags and tac vests are close enough to what youd pay from HK. hope they keep the in-store prices close enough to the online ones

i foresee a shopping trip to downpatrick soon...

Going to Fishguard for Easter (I know theres nothing in fishguard but we have friends there) might get to cardiff at some stage, any good stores there, it'd be nice to chek out a "real" shop.

If you are willing to go to Cardiff, cross the bridge and goto Yate outside Bristol where Airsoft Warehouse. This plce was amazing even though they had sold out of stuff. The guns and equipment was amazing and they seem to know their stuff, even at 5.30 the shop was busy enough

Got my charger and battery so I am ready to go, Maxforce watch out

Hey tcob, Dont forget you need to charge the battery b4 you use it:D

Well it'll usually come partially charged. So discharge it, then charge it 3 times to condition it. With new lowcaps dont fully fill them at first. Em...anyone else think of anything?!

just got a reply back from vipershop about the store opening:
Yes m8 we are opening a store in Downpatrick were are hoping to open around
the 14th of April. We are thinking of opening Thursday and Friday from
7pm-10pm and Saturday 9:30- 5:30 and Sunday 13:00 5:30 but when we are
closer to opening I will post the opening hours of the front page of the
    viper shop website.

I also asked in the email if prices would be the same as those online or any different, he seems to have ignored that bit though.
