Thursday March 29th, Fitzpatrick's Casino Limerick - €200 Freezeout

    Hi all,

    I just wanted to let ya'll know that I'm running a €200+€20 freezeout this Thursday in Fitzpatrick's Casino, Limerick City.

    It starts at 9pm sharp.

    Its a satellite into the Irish Open but cash is an option (if you ask me nicely)....

    1. Who is running the event www.pokerireland.ie
    2. The purpose of the event - Commercial.
    3. Date and Location of event - Thursday March 29th, Fitzpatrick's Casino, Tait's Corner, Glentworth Street, Limerick City.
    4. Registration and Start time of event - Registration Opens at 8pm, Tournament Starts at 9pm.
    5. Any prerequisites - Member of club, sign up on the night is fine.
    6. How can tickets be purchased & is there a maximum number - Can be purchased on the night and no max.
    7. Type of Tournament (Hold'em Freezeout etc.)
    8. Cost of entry and any subsequent rebuys/top-ups etc - €200 entry - No Re-Buys
    9. Cost of registration - €20 reg
    10. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into Prize fund - 100%
    11. Any guarenteed prize pool - Absolutely not but expecting at least 16 players (we will be giving out a ticket if there are only 16 players).
    12. If applicable, Number of re-buys allowed and over what time frame/blind levels - N/A
    13. Starting Chips - 7,000
    14. Rebuy and Top-up chip amounts - N/A
    15. Blind levels - Irish Open Main Event Blind Structure will be used.
    16. Blind timeframes - 30 minutes.
    17. Places being paid and if any prizes are other than cash - Basically a winner take all tournament with 2nd/3rd getting supplementary cash to 1/2 tickets.
    18. Are there going to be dealers - Yes, professional dealers.
    19. Will there be a documented list of rules - Yes, TDA rules apply.
    20. Is there a tournament director - Yes
    21. How are disputes handled - Stephen Mc Lean.

    I've been talking to the casino and they have sent out the message to all of their players but just don't want to make a prediction here.

    We'll have a game of poker none the less. Hope to see you there mate.

    Just want to remind players that this tournament is on tonight.

    I'll be travelling a fair distance to run it so I hope if you're in the area you'll support it.

    Cash is an option but I really would like to get players qualified into the Irish Open.
