Good Friday €100+€10 Freezeout!!

    1. Who is running the event (organisation, society etc.) Four of a kind Poker

    2. The purpose of the event (charity, commercial etc.) Commercial

    3. Date and Location of event: Good Friday, 6th April. St. Ronans Hall, Keadue, Co.Roscommon.(which is about 6 miles the Sligo side of Carrick on Shannon)

    4. Registration and Start time of event. Cards are in the air @5pm

    5. Any prerequisites (member of club, society etc): No

    6. How can tickets be purchased & is there a maximum number (in advance, at the door etc.) At the door

    7. Type of Tournament (Hold'em/Omaha etc Freezeout/Rebuy etc.) No limit Texas Hold'em. Freezeout!

    8. Cost of entry €100

    9. Cost of registration: €10

    10. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into Prize fund: 100% prize pool payout!

    11. Any guarenteed prize pool. NO, although we had 80 runners for this event last year, so we hope the reach at least that number again.

    12. If applicable, Number of re-buys allowed and over what time frame/blind levels. N/A

    13. Starting Chips: 10,000

    14. Rebuy and Top-up chip amounts. N/A

    15. Blind levels: 25/50, 50/100, 75/150, 100/200, 150/300, 200/400, 300/600, 400/800, 500/100, 800/1500, 1000/2000, 1500/3000, 2000/4000 etc....


    16. Blind timeframes: 30 minutes all the way

    17. Places being paid and if any prizes are other than cash (free entry to other tournie, merchandice etc): 10% of field paid.

    18. Are there going to be dealers - and their level of skill: Dealers at final 2 tables. Very high level of skill.

    19. Will there be a documented list of rules: Yes

    20. Is there a tournament director: Yes

    21. How are disputes handled - who has final say: TD


    We will also be providing a €1/€2 no limit cash game, complete with a dealer and chips.

    A mineral bar facility will be in operation. Feel free to bring your own beer.

    We have use of this venue all night we were told so it promises to be a great day and night of cards for all who attend.

    Nobody should be playing poker on good friday, it's not right, for example there's no horse racing.

    Thats right culchie....cant remember who won it though can you?????:p

    yeah we hope to make the 80 mark again this year so going by last year the prize pool should be €8000 estimated, which is'nt bad at all for a day when there's nothing else to do.

    Looking forward to this event. Last years was a savage tourney. 80+ players and loads of well organised side games. Great value for money on a day when theres feck all else to do:p

    lol. no them hunnies won't be playing. Well not as far as I know..unless they decide to come over from England for the game!

    hey. Hope the weather won't affect this tourney bro, really looking forward to it. myself,mick,john,paul and 4 others will all be making the journey for def anyways. luggie won a ticket to the irish open so he obviously won't be there :mad:
