I'm writing an essay here, and I realised that I have no idea what to call something from New Zealand.
    For example
    Ireland - Irish
    France - French
    Canada - Canadian
    etc.
But what is something from new zealand called?
    New zealish? New Zealandian?
I know Kiwi, but what's the proper term?

    Well surely it's a zealot?
As in a priest from New Zealand would be a religious Zealot?

I think Kiwi is more a informal kind of term like calling americans yanks.

Well I don't think its the offiacial term but everyone recognises Kiwi...

As in the Kiwi rugby players, Kiwi accent, Kiwi people....

Most people use that as far as I can tell.

Although kiwi is generally just used for people you might just about get away with using it for objects as well.

Objects that come from New Zealand and are of a new zealand culture (mostly kitsch) are called 'Kiwiana'

You can just call them Aussies. they wont mind :)
