    Hi all

I have a 50cc 02' scooter, and was wondering how much life I should expect to get out of her?
Should it last at least 10yrs like a car? I know servicing cost will be a factor towards the end of its life.

    Thanks,
    pan

How long is a piece of string? If you look after it well, ie service it regularly, dont crash it and make sure you lock it with a decent lock theres no reason it shouldnt last many years. Also depends on the mileage you put up on it.

Yep mine is a 00 like any other bike/car have the odd problem with wear and tear but at least it does not generally cost a fortune to fix.

50 cc 2 stroke scooters will generally last approx 15-20 k miles before you will need to do any major engine work. even still if you do need to get engine work done, there cheap to fix and would only cost approx €300 for a rebuild.:D
